● Increasing the frequency of deep cleaning our entire facility per CDC guidelines.
● Ensuring we’re all following recommended healthy habits, such as staying home when sick, washing our hands, and covering coughs and sneezes.
● Working with our families to adjust service times and following limitations to attendees as directed by state and local authorities.
● Offering expanded arrangement planning options through online, phone, and email while continuing to meet the needs of the families we serve.
As a licensed direct disposer establishment, we are uniquely prepared to respond to this new threat. We pride ourselves on having the most up-to-date information and technology to respond to these changes and are always prepared for any natural disasters or disease situations as they arise.
We recognize our responsibility to protect the health of those we are privileged to serve. We will continue to guide families, as we always have, in ways they can meaningfully commemorate the life of their loved one, while adhering to the guidance issued by federal, state and local public health officials.
Our team meets daily to assess the immediate situation and evaluate all updates from the Centers for Disease Control. We are also members of the Cremation Association of North America (CANA), and we follow all their best practices so we may serve our communities with the most professionally trained staff possible.
